This year, 35,080 trade visitors from over 120 nations followed the trade show motto „Hello Future. Hello Transformation". During BUSINESS DAYS, the international trade audience ensured a great atmosphere at the stands of over 1,800 exhibitors, in the meeting spots and lounges, as well as in front of the numerous conference and show stages.
EUROBIKE 2025 will once again become the central platform for intensive exchange and networking between the numerous players from industry, trade, politics and the media!

The western section of the Frankfurt exhibition centre with the halls 8, 9, 11 and 12 and the corresponding open-air grounds in between is a perfect and compact circuit that also offers sufficient opportunities for expansion.

When is the closing date for registration?
The first registration phase has already been completed and we are now starting to review the registrations and plan the halls. Registration is still possible until January 27, subject to the already ongoing registration and increasingly limited availability of space.
Register nowHow does the registration process look like?
1. Non-binding registration
Registration is carried out via the Online Service Center (OSC) of fairnamic GmbH.
The registration is a non-binding request.
2. Hall planning
The planning of the halls starts at the beginning of December, when most of the registrations have been received. You will then receive a stand proposal with a stand plan and a hall plan showing the proposed placement.
3. Stand confirmation
With your informal confirmation of the stand proposal by email within the set response time, the registration for EUROBIKE 2025 becomes binding.
4. Admission and invoicing
The admission of the halls will begin in February 2025. You will receive the admission documents from us with all important information on the further course of your trade fair participation as well as the admission invoice (stand rental, AUMA fee, waste disposal fee and marketing and media package.
5. Booking of additional services
All services and additional services can be ordered via the Messe Frankfurt Service Shop after payment of the participation invoice.
What does the stand participation fee include?
All participation prices include the stand area only, without stand construction or other services (water, electricity, etc.).
In addition to the participation fee, the following services must be purchased:
- Flat rate for general waste disposal: 1.50 €/m².
- The AUMA fees to be paid by the exhibitor will be calculated and forwarded by fairnamic on behalf of AUMA. They amount to 0.60 €/m².
- One of four Media and Marketing Packages.

Who is the contact person for stand construction on site?
In general, we do not offer stand construction at EUROBIKE. For stand construction on site, you will need to bring your own stand constructor or hire an external company. We are also happy to recommend our partner fairconstruction of Messe Frankfurt. They will be happy to help you with any problems you may have.
