The EUROBIKE BUSINESS DAYS offered a unique mix of inspirational ideas, intensive networking, knowledge sharing, and cutting-edge innovation on two main stages – at the Ecomobility Forum in Hall 8 and the EUROBIKE Hub in the Portalhaus.

Maybe you attended the BUSINESS DAYS for the first time, or planned to dive deeper into the professional programme in 2025? With over 100 sessions and more than 1,000 exhibitors, there was a lot to explore – and we wanted to make sure you got the best out of your visit.

These tips helped you plan and put together your own personal programme, which you could conveniently save in the EUROBIKE app.

With over 1,000 national and international exhibitors, EUROBIKE 2025 was the world’s leading bike and ecomobility trade show. This was where you could see the latest product trends and future developments. In dedicated areas such as the Adventure Area, Handmade Area, and Cargo Area, specific topics could be explored in greater detail. At the EUROBIKE AWARD special exhibition, innovative products selected by an independent panel of experts were showcased, while the Pressedienst-Fahrrad trend lounge presented curated collector’s items. Themed guided tours provided an overview of the latest industry developments and product trends.

2. Meet manufacturers and suppliers

The entire bike universe assembled at one location. EUROBIKE Frankfurt was where the international bike industry came together. It was the place to meet and exchange ideas with manufacturers and suppliers, to conduct talks, and to consolidate business relationships. EUROBIKE supported this with targeted networking formats, such as the networking evening following the Retail, Sales & Services conference, or the cargo bike retailers meet-up on Wednesday. And of course, the legendary EUROBIKE Party was a great place to meet up.

3. Professional development

Working closely together with VSF, EUROBIKE put together a dedicated professional development programme for retail experts. Each day of the show featured exciting insights, specialist talks, and training sessions for targeted continuing professional development for you and your team. The PEAK-SEASON POWER TRAINING by VSF and BICO served as a mid-season sales booster.

In addition, there was the Career Center, Cargo Academy, the Retail: Sales & Services conference sessions and of course, the Gravel Talk on Friday afternoon.

EUROBIKE was not just about physical products, but also software solutions that helped you organize your store more efficiently. In addition, leasing providers were on hand for individual meetings to enhance the customer experience and support long-term business success. They were grouped in the Service Area – covering everything from merchandise management systems to leasing and IoT.

From the Leaders’ Night via the Leaders’ Breakfast to “Investing in Micromobility” – there was a wide range of C-level topics at EUROBIKE.

In addition, there was an extensive range of training, continuing professional development, and inspirational ideas relevant to the industry.

The EUROBIKE Festival is the largest cycling end-consumer event in the Rhine-Main-region. More than 30,000 potential guests were reached, and destinations were promoted in a high-quality environment.

In addition to over 1,000 bike industry exhibitors, the Ecomobility Experience Gallery featured numerous products specially developed for corporate mobility. From scooters to cargo bikes and other transport solutions – there was a wide range of fine and sustainable options. In addition, numerous providers showcased their products and services at EUROBIKE.

In particular, Thursday 26 June was Mobility Management Day where you gott relevant insights for your daily work in mobility, transport planning and sustainable, economic and environmentally-friendly mobility management. The Mobility Convention discussed current developments in urban and transport planning and highlights national and international case studies and examples of best practice.

The Bike Travel Forum on Friday focussed on cycle tourism topics, while the Gravel Talk delivered valuable input on the trend topic industry and tourism.

The bike industry and tourism sector co-exist in many cases – with numerous intersections. However, these intersections are currently underexploited. This is an area with major potential. EUROBIKE provided opportunities to understand cycling communities better and to experience them live and in person. It offered detailed insights into industry business models to identify starting points for profitable collaborations. During the bike tourism guided tour on Thursday afternoon, attendees talked directly to the people behind products and services to gain concentrated, in-depth information on the latest developments.
