Arrival & Admission

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance via the online ticket shop for the Business Days or the EUROBIKE Festival. Tickets that require special proof of eligibility (student ID, etc.) can be purchased at the ticket offices on site. To ensure quick entry and avoid lines at the box offices, we recommend purchasing tickets online.

Please note: Promo codes can only be redeemed in the online ticket shop. Guest/registration codes must be exchanged for an admission ticket in the online ticket shop or at the entrances. This is the only way to gain access and use your trade fair ticket as a public transport ticket.

The ticket shop will be open from April 20, 2026.

All Business Days Tickets and Festival Tickets purchased online also serve as your round-trip ticket for public transportation operated by the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) within the RMV fare zone. Please note that only the person whose name is printed on the ticket is authorized to use public transportation. The ticket is valid only when presented with a photo ID.
