Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your visit to EUROBIKE 2024 in Frankfurt.

Generel information

EUROBIKE 2024 will take place in Frankfurt from July 03 to 07, 2024.

From Wednesday, July 3 to Friday, July 5, the BUSINESS DAYS will take place for trade visitors, and on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7, private visitors can visit the EUROBIKE FESTIVAL.

The BUSINESS DAYS are aimed exclusively at trade visitors from the bike and ecomobility sector, while EUROBIKE FESTIVAL are open to everyone.

Arrival & Admission

If possible, we advise to purchase tickets online in advance in the EUROBIKE online ticket store. Tickets that require special proof (student ID, etc.) can be purchased at the box offices on site. To ensure fast access and avoid queues at the cash desks, online purchase is recommended if possible.

Please note: Voucher tickets must be exchanged for an admission ticket online. This is the only way to use your trade fair ticket as a ticket. Please note: The online ticket is only valid in conjunction with a valid identity card or passport for use on the RMV.

All BUSINESS DAYS admission tickets (excluding complimentary tickets) are also your ticket on public transport operated by the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) within the RMV fare zone. (Day tickets purchased at the ticket office are only valid for the return journey from Messe Frankfurt). Please note that only the person whose name is printed on the ticket is authorized to use public transport. Only printed tickets are valid for local public transport.

No, you are not allowed to bring your own bicycles or vehicles onto the site. You will find a guarded bicycle parking facility at the Portalhaus entrance and the City entrance. You can find more information on how to get here by bike here.

Legitimization is required in advance for athletes and those accompanying the Bembel Crit bike race. Access is via Gate North (Gate 8), earliest access from 9 am.

Participants in races, shows or lectures who require a bike are requested to contact the relevant project partner.

No, dogs or other animals may not be taken onto the exhibition grounds. Guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs with appropriate proof are exempt.

No, proof is not required for the purchase of BUSINESS DAYS tickets.

Cycle routes specially signposted for EUROBIKE will take you directly from the main railway station to the exhibition grounds and to all the activities in the city after the trade fair closes. You will find a guarded bicycle parking facility at the Portalhaus entrance and the City entrance.

The exhibition grounds are easy to reach by subway, S-Bahn or streetcar. Visitors to EUROBIKE FESTIVAL have the option of purchasing an admission ticket with an included RMV ticket. With your admission ticket for BUSINESS DAYS, you will automatically receive an RMV day ticket. 

As a visitor, you can park for a fee in the Rebstock exhibition parking garage and take the shuttle bus directly to the Portalhaus entrance.

The EUROBIKE Leaders' Night is explicitly aimed at international decision-makers from the bicycle sector, politics, administration and tourism to discuss the future course of the entire ecosystem. A separate ticket is required to attend the Leaders' Night.

The PINK THURSDAY will take place on Thursday, July 4, 2024 from 6:30 pm at Massif Central, Bethmannstraße 7-9, 60311 Frankfurt am Main. Tickets are available in the online ticket store and include access to the PINK THURSDAY and a day ticket for the EUROBIKE visit on July 4, 2024.

There are checkrooms at the main entrances to the exhibition grounds and on various hall levels, which can be used on presentation of an insurance certificate. Please pay attention to the signs for further information. You can find out the opening times and locations of the collective checkrooms at the information stands. There are no publicly accessible lockers on the exhibition grounds.

Access to the exhibition grounds is possible via various entrances. You can use the subway line U4 and streetcar lines 16 and 17 to get to the city center or in the direction of Innenstadt/Frankfurt Ost. There is also the Torhaus entrance, which leads to the S-Bahn terminal (S3 to S6), and the Hall 3.0 East entrance, which can only be used for the bus shuttle from/to the Rebstock multi-storey parking lot (pedestrians have no access here). Exhibitors and trade visitors with a valid, personalized ticket can use the Festhalle Süd entrance, which is located opposite the Skyline Plaza shopping center (please note that this entrance is not barrier-free).

Yes, we provide spaces without infrastructure (without electricity and water connections) for motorhomes in the visitor parking areas at Messe Frankfurt. More information.

At the event

After registering, bikes and other vehicles can be tested on the TEST TRACK.

Legal information: The minimum age is 14 years (with parent/guardian signature on site). PLEASE BRING A VALID ID (identity card, passport or driver's license)! For their own safety, all test riders are strongly recommended to wear a helmet while riding. Use of the test tracks is only permitted after successful registration and with the wristband provided for this purpose. This must be worn visibly on the wrist. Recommendation: You are also welcome to bring your own helmet and any protective equipment! The rental of a test vehicle is voluntary on the part of the exhibitor and ends after a maximum of 30 minutes, but no later than 17:30 on the same day.

Yes, the quarter-final between Germany and Spain on Friday at 6 p. will be broadcast on an LED screen in the outdoor area.

Yes, the stages of the Tour de France as well as Tour of Austria will be broadcast daily between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the Sports & Performance Area (Hall 11.1).

No, there is no childcare during the Business Days. At the weekend there will again be our Kids Area, which offers special activities for children, but no childcare.

Persons in wheelchairs or with a "B" on their disabled pass receive free admission for themselves and their companion on presentation of their disabled pass directly at the entrance. Other people with a degree of disability of at least GdB 50 can purchase reduced-price tickets online.
