Use our online services and inform us as early as possible if you are presenting new products at EUROBIKE to generate even more attention. You can also conveniently publish your press conference dates during the trade fair using our online form.
The Communications Department of Messe Friedrichshafen supports you as an exhibitor with the following services for your media work:
Trade fair novelties
Whether it's a global, European or German market launch – being listed as a novelty puts your product in the focus of the media, trade audience and end users. This is one of the reasons why many media representatives come to EUROBIKE and plan their fair visit around the presentations of novelties in the industry.
Publish here in advance what you are going to present. You can enter your new products online via the Media Package Manager (MPM).
- You can upload a photo for each new product
- Linking news updates to the exhibitor contact on the website
Press conference
Please inform us of your press events. All press events will be published in the media section of the website and made available in the Press Centre. Please note that exhibitors are responsible for organizing their own event and inviting the media.

Exhibitor events and celebrities at the booth
Will you have a prominent guest visiting your stand or are you planning a special event? Please do not hesitate to inform us so we can announce it. If you state your planned campaigns and prominent stand visitors online in advance, we can include your PR activities in our press overview.
Press releases
You can upload your press releases to our Media Service Center (MPM) and publish them on our website. These can then be easily filtered and found in the exhibitor directory.

We look forward to your content during EUROBIKE. Use our official hashtags #eurobikeshow and #eurobike2024 or tag us in your posts about the show. You can find our GIFs on Instagram using the keyword ‘eurobikeshow’. Moreover, we are happy to provide you with a social media kit with different creatives.
