The BIKE TRAVEL FORUM on Friday complemented the EUROBIKE 2024 program and emphasized the growing importance of the bicycle tourism sector as an integral part of the event. Building on insights from its inaugural year, the forum placed a stronger focus than ever on collaboration between tourism and industry.

The BIKE TRAVEL FORUM at EUROBIKE 2024 focused on strategic topics for the future of the bicycle tourism sector. At its core were sustainable cycling strategies and concepts for car-free vacations, encompassing the entire ecosystem—from industry and users to tourism.
The forum was divided into a conference and networking section. The conference addressed key questions on enhancing the appeal of bicycle tourism and the interface between the bicycle industry and tourism. Both visionary and practical approaches to market development and the creation of better conditions for all stakeholders were discussed. The conference was accompanied by an exhibition showcasing best practices from both industry and tourism.
Various networking formats were designed to foster exchange and build a strong, cooperative community between the bicycle industry and tourism.
