The platform for fine mobility at EUROBIKE 2025

Small, versatile vehicles and transport solutions are becoming more and more popular – especially in cities where cars are congested, and parking spaces are scarce. They are economical, environmentally friendly and climate-friendly. They are ECO – they make both economic and ecological sense.

ECOMOBILITY presents these new forms of mobility at EUROBIKE – in keeping the trade show’s development towards becoming a platform for sustainable everyday mobility and commercial transport solutions.

ECOMOBILITY includes the following vehicle categories:

• Personal Light Electric Vehicles (scooters, boards, kick scooters, self-balancing transporters )
• Transport solutions (trolleys and carts for people and goods)
• Mobility aids (e.g. for senior citizens or people with limited mobility)
• Bikes and cargo bikes from to unicycles to quadracycles
• Electric ‘mofas’, mopeds, motorized scooters and motorbikes
• Cabin scooters and minicars

ECOMOBILITY Highlights

In 2025 ECOMOBILITY Highlights is the central showroom for sustainable Light Electric Vehicles, transport solutions and other innovative mobility solutions. This year, ECOMOBILITY Highlights is focusing on vehicles for use in the logistics and courier sector and for families with children. It’s aimed at the following target groups:

Commercial vehicles

• Tradespeople
• Building and estate managers
• Courier services & cycle logistics
• Fleet managers

Family vehicles

• Families
• Working with children (Kindergarten & daycare centres, playgroups, sports clubs)

Participation options for exhibitors

There are three different options to choose from: individual stand space in Hall 8, a stand in the open air grounds or presentation in the specialized ECOMOBILITY Highlights exhibition area.

1. Individual stand areas in Hall 8

• Stand price: € 225.00 / m² plus ancillary costs
• Scope of services:
  • 5 days stand space (without walls, furniture, electricity etc.)
  • Daily cleaning service

2. Stand areas in the outdoor area on the test track directly next to Hall 8

• Stand price: € 165.00 / m² plus ancillary costs (5 days)
• For festival days: 149,00 € / m² plus additional costs (2 days)
• Scope of services:
  • Pure floor space (without walls, furniture, electricity, etc.)
  • Direct access to the test track for test drives

Additional fees for participation options 1 and 2:

• AUMA fee: 0.60 €/m²
• Waste disposal: 1,50 €/m²
• Media and marketing package CLASSIC: € 1,190.00
• Co-exhibitor fee (if available): 1.190,00 €

3. Participation in the special exhibition "ECOMOBILITY Highlights" in Hall 8

This exclusive presentation format highlights specific mobility solutions every year. In 2025, the focus is on sustainable transport solutions for commerce, logistics and trade.

• Package 1 "New exhibitor": € 1,190.00 (for companies exhibiting for the first time)
• Package 2 "Existing exhibitors": € 2,899.00 (for companies that have already taken part)

Scope of services:

• Indoor area in Hall 8 + outdoor test track
• Stand construction, power connection, data sheet display
• Full cleaning and daily cleaning service
• 2x exhibitor passes, media & marketing package CLASSIC
• Security service (daily 6-8 p.m.), Waste disposal
