Description
Test rig for all standard described break test acc. to ISO 4210-4 (cls. 4.6 + 4.7),
EN 15194 (cls. 4.3.5.9 + 4.3.5.10), DIN 79010 (cls. 5.5.2.2 + 5.5.2.2.2)
wet and dry break incl. wind simulation 12,5 km/h
(as an option: test speed of 16 and 24 km/h)
Test rig with safety cover around the test rig with sliding doors.
Inclusive the delivery you have all needed weights and fixations for the different typ of bicycles.
All forces are measured over high precision load cell amplifier.
Gear motor is covered under the test rig frame.
Drive roll coated with street simulation (Asphalt).
Break lever simulation over pneumatic force controlled actuator.
Foot break simulation over pneumatic force controlled actuator.
Test rig is equipped with a very solid data acquisition system and a modern personal computer system to make all standard defined measuring.
