Description

Weinmann multifunctional test field made out of very solid aluminum profile system with all needed safety screes and special patented Weinmann safety blind® door.
You get a totally safe test machine acc. the latest European machine guide line EG42/2006 with CE mark and certificate of conformity.
We also can offer to you all needed calibration certificates for the measuring instruments.

For dynamic test.
Field equipped with 2pc loading units acc. ISO 4210-6 (clause 4.3)
Applied force under angle of 7.5° incl. Adapter for Pedal Thread right and left
F-max 1.600N
All loading units are pneumatic activated and controlled over special servo valves the forces.
For measuring we use load cell and amplifier from the well-known German brand HBM (Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik) with a max load of 5kN measuring range.
This sensors have a special side force compensation and a long live time.
The pedaling force can be applied at a pull mode.
System detect full automatic all break of sample and stop.

The system is controlled over a very solid PLC with touch screen HMI
As option we can offer to you separately, to measure the deflection of your loading units while test run.
This could give you an additional information about the quality of your frame.

At the software you can program 4 different loading blocks with different forces and cycle numbers. This give you possibility to test more harder than ISO required.
