The test specimen can be placed comfortably over one of the 3 sliding doors at the side of the protection or from the front by the sectional gate. Each door is equipped with a safety monitoring, which keeps the entrance doors locked until the test stand is in a secure condition again.
The test stand can be entered in the safe condition safely. There is no danger for the examiner by preparing the test bench because of Weinmann variable ground. Each cylinder can be adjusted individually, electricallyand be arranged on the trace length of the test specimen. The cylinders can be equipped with different standard barriers.

Base frame made of sturdy aluminum profile with mounting adapters for the load axes.

Designed as a portal structure with adjustable mounts for the test item.

With safety protective housing made of break-proof, transparent polycarbonate panes and protective doors closed.
All doors are protected by safety limit switches, which can be plugged into the safety circuit on the test bench control.

Protective housing is also noise protection, as the handlebar test is very noisy.

With two height-adjustable, pneumatically force-controlled load axes, including load cells (HBM) for actual force feedback. Handlebar test according ISO 4210 is possible in vertical direction, but not in an angle of 45 degrees.

Including one piece of universal handlebar mount and two force application adapters.

Including a standard 2-axis force-regulated test bench control with touch-sensitive screen for operation, including valve box with all required servo valves.

All loading units are pneumatic activated and controlled over special servo valves the forces.
For measuring we use load cell and amplifier from the well-known German brand HBM (Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik) with a max load of 5kN measuring range.
This sensors have a special side force compensation and a long live time.
The pedaling force can be applied at a pull mode.
System detect full automatic all break of sample and stop.

The system is controlled over a very solid PLC with touch screen HMI
As option we can offer to you separately, to measure the deflection of your loading units while test run.
This could give you an additional information about the quality of your frame.

At the software you can program 4 different loading blocks with different forces and cycle numbers. This give you possibility to test more harder than ISO required.
