The Sixpack Gravel Series Carbon Handlebar has a proprietary layup ensuring vibration dampening on the top flat section while maintaining stiffness in the drops.

Similar to our Gravel AL Handlebar, the Carbon Handlebar has 7.5 degrees of backsweep to mimic the natural position of the hands and reduce fatigue over long adventures.

The 18 degrees flared drops ensure maximum control and stability whenever the roads gets rough. Compact drops ensure rapid hand movement between hoods and drops.

The Sixpack Internal Cable Routing system is the perfect solution if you are aiming for a clean cockpit, a quiet bike and want to minimize the typical risks involved with headset cable routing. It can be mounted on any bike with Acros ZS56 ICR Headsets or Acros Angle-Headsets with an additional aftermarket compression ring (11.52.106R2-AM). The stem is available in 35 mm and 50 mm length, both having a 35 mm clamp diameter and a clamp width of 55 mm.

This ICR system differs from currently available headset cable routing solutions in a few points. The major difference is in where the cables enter the headset. Cables are routed underneath (not through!) the stem. This area is sealed off with rubber cable ports to protect the headset from dust and most importantly - water. With regular HS routing top covers, water can enter the headset, which is a major known problem of the concept. Cables are routed close to the cockpit, and can be even shorter than with regular HS cable routing solutions, which further reduces danger of them tearing off and creates little to no rattling noises.

Our ICR Stem is a classic stem, like any other combined with HS cable routing, nothing proprietary or fully integrated here. We designed split-spacers for easy height adjustment of your cockpit, even after the ICR system is mounted. Just loosen the stem, pull it up, and add or remove the split spacers easily. No need to worry about that. Changing or adjusting your handlebar is as easy as ever, too. Want to ride your favorite handlebar? No problem. Want to rotate your bar a little? Easy. You are brave and like the looks of our ICR Stem and want to run it on your regular bike? No problem either. The stem can also be combined with regular headsets with the included adapter, without the HS cable routing feature.

The stem is CNC milled from AL 7075 in Germany. All other parts of the cable routing system are made of glass-fiber reinforced PA (Polyamide) in cooperation with Acros. We know what you are thinking: Plastic?! This will break. That's a common misconception, Polyamide is an extremely functional material with many benefits. It is lightweight, and - when reinforced with glass fiber - extremely robust and durable. Of course, we tested the entire system to the bone & it easily passed all industry-required tests. The Sixpack ICR system is approved for ASTM category 5, the highest category of riding.

The pedal bodies are made of durable, yet lightweight, fiberglass-reinforced PA. The perfect solution for kids that ride uphill and like to get wild on the downhill. For maximum grip, the kids mountainbike pedals are equipped with 32 replaceable pins that can be removed to protect the shins of younger bikers. By adding washers under the pins, a compromise is made between grip performance and safety.

The pedals are equipped with removable reflectors (DIN EN ISO /CPSC-compliant) to increase visibility in road traffic, at dusk or in bad weather (Bikes are not roadworthy without the reflectors!). Sealed, deep groove ball bearings and DU bushings ensure smooth pedal rotation on the thermochemically hardened CrMo axle. Rubber lip seals prevent ingress of dust and grit.

We proudly present our first aluminum pedal that is made in Germany - the Millenium 3.0 Your Part. Engineered for the rough downhill tracks of this world and manufactured locally here in Southern Germany.

The pedal body is made from CNC-milled 6082 T6 aluminum. To reduce the environmental footprint of the pedal, it is made from 70% recycled aluminum. The pedal size is L 110 mm x W 105 mm x H 13mm (leading edge) with a net platform size of L101.6 mm x W105 mm. The 16 steel pins are recessed further into the pedal in the axle area than at the outer ridge, which creates a concave profile. This ensures maximum grip as the foot sinks into the pedal. The pedal weighs in at 380 g per pair.

The body of the Millenium 3.0 rotates smoothly on a thermo-chemically hardened CrMo axle, which is also manufactured in Germany. Each pedal is equipped with three sealed deep groove ball bearings, an igus® plain bearing and a custom radial seal. Our Sixpack own failsafe system ensures, that the pedal body is firmly attached to the axle. Each pedal is assembled by hand in our headquarters in Germany. In addition, each of our pedals is fully serviceable.

This flat pedal is exceptionally durable and passed all industry-specific tests, proving that it can withstand even the most extreme riding on the MTB. It is classified in product category 5. The Millenium 3.0 Your Part is available in both Midnight Black and Raw. The pedal's stylish CNC look brings slight optical deviations with it, which makes each pedal unique in detail.

During product development, we calculated the CO2 footprint of a pair of pedals along the entire value chain up to the point where the item leaves our warehouse. The climate footprint of the Millenium 3.0 Your Part pedal is 2.9 kg of CO2. In comparison, the emissions of a regular pedal made in Asia amount to 13.2 kg CO2.
