Cage Freewheels E are sprag freewheels for installation between customer-supplied inner and outer rings. The sprags are made of hardened chrome steel and have an optimized geometry. Cages are made from plastic (PA). Nominal torques up to 278 Nm.

SGM bearings are bearings produced for each part of the bike.

100Cr 6 steel is used in standard bearings.

-Various types of seal, from the lightest for performance on road bikes to the hardest for greater coverage from external contamination.

- Use of greases designed for precision industrial applications with a range of use from -50°/+150°.

Characterized by maximum filling of balls inside the bearings.

- This design allows the bearing of the same size to handle 35% more load capacity than standard bearings. Or for the same load use a smaller size bearing.

- They are sealed with double lip LLU type watertight seals.

- Ideal for use in mountain bikes, for the bike joints and the rear stay

The ceramic balls offer excellent corrosion resistance as compared

to steel ball bearings, so it is ideal for use even in wet and harsh

conditions.

- Up to 50% increase in running speeds as compared to steel ball

bearings due to reduced friction and lighter balls.

- Ceramic ball bearings have up to 2-3 times longer lifetimes as

compared to steel ball bearings.

- Ceramic balls offer high hardness, reduced wear and thus lower

maintenance costs.
