Steel with PTFE Fiber Fabric Bearings: MG-TEX

This new material uses the PTFE fibre fabric overlay on steel backing, the fabric is with high load capacity and much longer operating life comparing with conventional 3-layer bushes.
This material is used in the equipments like suspension and auxiliary of agriculture, construction machines, cranes, hydraulic and mechanical jibs, ball butterfly and sluice valves, water pumps and chemical industries etc.

Steel-backed bushings: MG-1i
1. PTFE tape, the very thick PTFE layer isolates noise and allows the design of clearance free application.
2. Low - carbon steel, gives exceptionally high load carrying capacity, excellent heat dissipation.
3. Plating thickness, provides good corrosion resistance according to requirements.
This material is designed with simple structure and light weight for the applications which require such. The thin wall design enables easy assembly either with pressing line or manually press and at the same time the thick wall design enables resizing after assembly to obtain a better fitness and higher accuracy grade of the mating.
