Strategic Sports DH-508

Strategic Sports DH-508
Description
The DH-508 from Strategic Sports is built for riders who push the limits—on the downhill track, in the bike park, and beyond. Combining advanced energy management technologies with a lightweight, compact design, the DH-508 delivers full-face protection without the traditional weight penalty, offering serious riders the confidence to go faster and ride harder.
At the core of the DH-508 is Strategic Sports’ latest advancement in impact protection: a Full Nano liner. This next-generation material replaces traditional EPS foam, using a proprietary monomer matrix reinforced with carbon nanotubes to absorb and rebound from impacts. Unlike standard foam that crushes once and stays compressed, Full Nano manages multiple impacts without significant degradation—perfect for the real-world demands of aggressive gravity riding.
Complementing the Full Nano liner is the helmet’s integrated ERT (Energy Reduction Technology) layer, positioned close to the rider’s head. ERT helps address low-G and rotational impacts—those often overlooked by traditional test standards but critical for reducing concussion risk. It reduces low-G linear forces by up to 30% and rotational forces by up to 25%, offering enhanced protection even during smaller crashes that accumulate damage over time.
Designed for aggressive use but comfortable enough for full days on the mountain, the DH-508 features a lightweight carbon shell, an adjustable moto-style visor, and a moisture-wicking interior liner to keep riders cool and focused. Multiple pad sets are included to customize fit, while strategically placed vents channel airflow without compromising the helmet’s structural integrity.
Certified to major international standards—including CPSC, EN 1078, DOT, and ECE 22.06—the DH-508 meets the latest benchmarks for both cycling and motorcycle-level impact protection.
Strategic Sports’ DH-508 isn’t just a helmet—it’s a statement of what full-face protection should be: lighter, stronger, smarter, and ready for whatever the trail throws at you.
