Power Frame is the world’s first e-bike platform entirely made of forged carbon CF-SMC, with motor, gearbox, and electronics directly integrated into the frame. Born in Reggio Emilia, in the heart of the Motor Valley, this patented system sets a new standard for light electric mobility, combining high performance, monolithic design, and 100% European industrial production at competitive costs.

What makes it unique is its engineering approach: Power Frame is not just a frame, but a fully integrated power unit, designed to offer a natural and silent riding experience thanks to "Zero Drag" technology, eliminating any pedal resistance over 25 km/h. The 110 Nm motor is compact, quiet (<60 dB), and designed for active thermal management even under extreme conditions. The monocoque frame, lightweight and seamless, allows direct access to mechanical and electronic components without removing the motor.

Developing the power unit required a high level of integration between advanced sensors, real-time software, and high-performance electronics. The entire system communicates via CAN-Bus network and is controllable via Bluetooth app, offering full parameter control, including Admin mode. The system’s open architecture allows compatibility with various battery formats, making it adaptable to a wide range of configurations: from full-suspension MTB to urban and cargo bikes.

The use of CF-SMC enabled the creation of complex structural geometries, such as the motor housing and the frame itself, eliminating fixing components and simplifying the manufacturing process. The optimized molding cycle allows for the production of one frame every 15 minutes, without specialized labor, ensuring repeatability, scalability, and competitive costs compared to Asian markets.
