Scope of application: This machine is used to test the performance of electric bicycle motor controller and simulate load changes. It can measure the starting current, maximum speed current, current limit after loading and assist performance data of the motor controller .
Test content and method: The motor under test is fixed to the test bench through the tooling fixture, and the output shaft of the motor is connected to the magnetic powder brake of the simulated load. Connect the motor controller circuit to the device current and voltage detection terminals. Start the machine, simulate the load change by controlling and adjusting the magnetic powder brake, and measure the current and voltage data of the motor controller.
