This is an upgrade to our Gen1 motor cassette freehub Integrated torque sensor TORG4B. Besides the integration of torque (cadence version available), cadence, motor RPM and motor thermal signals, it also comes with a removable housing. In this case, the Shimano housing can be easily swapped to a Sram housing, allowing the user to switch to different sprocket. In the meantime, it also makes the maintenance and service of the freehub a lot easier for professional users.

Like our TORG2H, this is also a modularly designed and constructed BB torque sensor, but for hub motor equipped ebikes with T47 BB. With the sensor mainbody easily detachable from shaft, it saves a lot of production time by pre-stocked sensor mainbody; each time, we only need to prepare the customized shaft. On the other hand, the service is made much easier with no need to replace the whole sensor in case of product failure. Its sealed glue potting greatly improves the product's waterproofness in moisturous conditions, especially in ice-cold weathers, and resistance to vibration.Its unique cup design and mounting method also allows for the tolerance of BB width, (BB width ±2mm tolerance acceptable), avoiding the signal drift caused by axial movement of the shaft which has been troubling conventional BB torque sensors for long time.
