RuffBoXX® Cargo - European patented cargo bike packaging

With our innovative, European patented cargo bike packaging, the RuffBoXX® Cargo, you pack cargo bikes quickly and safely.

It's that simple:

  • The cargo bike (Suitable for almost all cargo bikes - transverse positioning of the handlebar necessary depending on the width) is conveniently pushed into the rail folded by means of a plug-in system and fixed with a wheel stabilization insert.
  • Offset recesses for the stand as well as for the front wheel lock guarantee a perfect fit for almost any cargo bike.
  • The solid corrugated cardboard box is put over the bicycle and the rail and subsequently secured with reusable fasteners.
  • A stabilizing insert is placed on the cargo wheel from above and fixed with self-adhesive corrugated cardboard blocks.
  • The carton is then sealed with adhesive tape. #RIDERUFF

Our European patented RuffBoXX® Regular bicycle packaging is the perfect solution to protect your bicycle for shipping and storage in no time at all. The well thought-out and sustainable design enables quick and effortless packing - without having to dismantle the bike.

It's that simple:

  • Slide the bike into the rail that has been set up in advance and secure it with the wheel stabilizer insert - so it remains secure and stable on its own.
  • Place the sturdy corrugated cardboard box over the bike and rail and secure it with the reusable twist locks made from bio-based plastics. You can optionally use seals for additional security.
  • Place the stabilizing insert for handlebar and saddle on the bike and then seal the box with adhesive tape. That‘s it! #RIDERUFF

RuffBoXX® Compact

RuffBoXX® Compact - The compact bicycle Packaging

Our European patented bicycle packaging, RuffBoXX® Compact, has been specially developed for the space-saving and safe transportation (and/or storage) of your bike. Thanks to its innovative and compact design, it combines maximum protection with maximum convenience when packing and shipping.

It's that simple:

  • Remove the front wheel and tilt the handlebars. Slide the bike into the integrated rail and secure it to the fork/axle using the axle mount. This ensures that your bike is secure and stable in the box.
  • Place the stabilizing insert for handlebars and saddle on the bike and stow it in the bottom rail together with the dismantled wheel.
  • Wrap the bike box around the rail and secure it with the reusable twist locks made from bio-based plastics.
  • For additional security, you can optionally seal the box with seals.
  • There is space for documents and other accessories in the optional post box and accessory box.
  • Seal the box with adhesive tape and your bike is ready for transportation! #RIDERUFF
