Liofit replaces defective or worn-out cell packs with new ones. All other (electronic) components of the battery are retained and reused. We use brand-name cells and laser-welded cell connectors for optimal quality. If necessary, we calibrate the electronics to the new capacity after the cell replacement. Best service and highest quality.

We are a certified waste disposal company and prepare irreparable batteries for recycling by deep-discharging cell packs so they can safely enter our partners' recycling processes. We separate all components and sort them into separate materials so that these materials can also be returned to the recycling cycle. Sustainability is our DNA at Liofit.

Through our in-house development and innovative approaches, we have developed our own inspection and testing procedures that enable us to identify and repair many electronic-related defects. Liofit repairs electronic components (BMS) or replace them with new ones. Innovative processes and expertise combined perfectly.
