The machine is equipped with a Direct Drive System. This innovation allows the motor to directly interact with the nipple, resulting in a more uniform spoke tension across the wheel. Uniformity in tension is crucial for the wheel’s long-term reliability and optimal performance.

To optimize both efficiency and precision, the Robot OT is equipped with an integrated Spoke Tension Measuring System. This baseline feature ensures accurate data collection for individual spoke tension, which is then used for making nuanced adjustments to each nipple’s rotations. The result is a wheel that’s not just perfectly true, but also achieves ideal tension for enhanced durability and peak performance.

For users who require even greater specialization, the Robot OT can be upgraded with an optional 3-point Spoke Tension Measurement Unit.
