THE NEW ESKER 6.0 GEN 2 FRAME IS A COMPLETELY NEW CONCEPT, WITH A MORE DYNAMIC PROFILE AND A FRESH LOOK.

PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY - FOR EXAMPLE, FOR SIZE L: INCREASED REACH BY 22.2 MM AND STACK BY 16.4 MM, SHORTENED CS BY 5.7 MM. ADDITIONALLY, LOWERING THE BOTTOM BRACKET (BB DROP - 5 MM) AND INCREASING THE WHEELBASE (BY 32 MM) LOWERS THE CENTRE OF GRAVITY AND ENSURES BETTER HANDLING AND CONTROL WITH OR WITHOUT LOAD. FRAME IS DESIGNED AROUND GRAVEL SUSPENSION FORK WITH 30 MM OF TRAVEL. REDUCED STANDOVER HEIGHT IS MORE COMFORTABLE FOR BEGINNER USERS. SLACKER HEAD TUBE ANGLE (BY 1.5°) GIVES STABILITY IN DIFFICULT TERRAIN.

- DESIGNED BY KROSS, THIS LIGHTWEIGHT AND STURDY CARBON FORK IS INTENDED FOR A THRU AXLE, FEATURING A TAPERED STEERING TUBE, ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY MOUNTS, AND INTERNAL BRAKE CABLE ROUTING. THE FORK WAS CREATED TO MEET THE PARAMETERS AND DESIGN REQUIREMENTS OF THE NEW ALLOY FRAME, AND IT CAN BE USED INTERCHANGEABLY WITH 30 MM GRAVEL SUSPENSION FORKS; A TAPERED STEERER, A TA 12/100 MM AXLE, FLAT MOUNT AND ROTOR UP TO 180 MM

THE NEW ESKER RS HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR FAST RIDING ON GRAVEL ROADS.
WE INITIATED THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS WITH DETAILED TESTS OF COMPETITORS’ BICYCLES IN THE WIND TUNNEL OF THE ŁUKASIEWICZ RESEARCH NETWORK – INSTITUTE OF AVIATION. OUR NEW GRAVEL BIKE IS A FULLY IN-HOUSE POLISH PROJECT – STARTING FROM RESEARCH CONDUCTED IN COLLABORATION WITH THE RESEARCH NETWORK ŁUKASIEWICZ – INSTITUTE OF AVIATION IN WARSAW, THROUGH THE DESIGN PROCESS, PROTOTYPING OF THE FRAME AND FORK, TO TESTING IN THE LABORATORY...

...ALL THE WAY TO THE SUBSEQUENT STAGES CARRIED OUT IN THE KROSS FACTORY IN POLAND: MILLING THE MOLDS AND PRODUCING THE FRAME, FORK, AND SEATPOST IN THE COMPOSITE DEPARTMENT.

MAIN GOALS: MINIMISING AIR RESISTANCE, AERODYNAMIC INTEGRATION OF THE FRAME AND OTHER COMPONENTS, SPECIALLY DEVELOPED AERODYNAMIC PROFILES.

ESKER RS IS EQUIPPED WITH A SIMPLE AND FAST ADJUSTMENT ALLOWING YOU TO ADAPT THE BIKE TO YOUR RIDING STYLE. THE FLIP CHIP CHANGES THE VALUES OF REACH, CS, BB, ST AND HT ANGLES, AND THE WHEELBASE. THANKS TO THIS ADJUSTMENT, YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE BY ADAPTING THE BIKE TO YOUR RIDING STYLE.
