THE NEW ESKER RS HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR FAST RIDING ON GRAVEL ROADS.
WE INITIATED THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS WITH DETAILED TESTS OF COMPETITORS’ BICYCLES IN THE WIND TUNNEL OF THE ŁUKASIEWICZ RESEARCH NETWORK – INSTITUTE OF AVIATION. WE SPENT MANY HOURS PROTOTYPING AND IMPROVING THE DESIGN TO ENSURE MINIMAL AERODYNAMIC RESISTANCE FOR THE ENTIRE BIKE WITHOUT COMPROMISING COMFORT.

OUR NEW GRAVEL BIKE IS A FULLY IN-HOUSE POLISH PROJECT – STARTING FROM RESEARCH CONDUCTED IN COLLABORATION WITH THE RESEARCH NETWORK ŁUKASIEWICZ – INSTITUTE OF AVIATION IN WARSAW, THROUGH THE DESIGN PROCESS, PROTOTYPING OF THE FRAME AND FORK, TO TESTING IN THE LABORATORY...
...ALL THE WAY TO THE SUBSEQUENT STAGES CARRIED OUT IN THE KROSS FACTORY IN POLAND: MILLING THE MOLDS AND PRODUCING THE FRAME, FORK, AND SEATPOST IN THE COMPOSITE DEPARTMENT.
MAIN GOALS: MINIMISING AIR RESISTANCE, AERODYNAMIC INTEGRATION OF THE FRAME AND OTHER COMPONENTS, SPECIALLY DEVELOPED AERODYNAMIC PROFILES.
ESKER RS IS EQUIPPED WITH A SIMPLE AND FAST ADJUSTMENT ALLOWING YOU TO ADAPT THE BIKE TO YOUR RIDING STYLE. THE FLIP CHIP CHANGES THE VALUES OF REACH, CS, BB, ST AND HT ANGLES, AND THE WHEELBASE. THANKS TO THIS ADJUSTMENT, YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE BY ADAPTING THE BIKE TO YOUR RIDING STYLE.
