AR01, Yes, you can have it all – the ultimate all-rounder.
So far, we’ve always had to compromise. Aero bikes are usually stiff, offer integration, look fast standing still, and are, of course, Aero. However, this comes at the price of increased weight, less compliance & comfort, and servicing headaches. Nobody likes to compromise, which is why the AR01 was born, so you don’t have to.
In our continuous quest for improvement and optimization, we have resorted to the input of our very own Factory Racing team.
Our roster includes breakaway artists, sprinters, and pure mountain goat-like climbers. Their diverse insight combined with our engineers’ innovating vision has allowed us to create a bike that can shine through whichever terrain you throw at it. We did not leave any stone unturned with the AR01. After extensive trial and error in the wind tunnel of different tube shapes, technologies, and geometries, we achieved a drag reduction of 19% from our race-proven, already aerodynamically optimized HC01. These 19% translate into a very noticeable saving of 32 watts for the rider. What about real-world data? Well, we’ve covered that too, and you can expect to be 150.4 seconds faster in a 60km TT compared to the HC01 in the same weather conditions and with the same power. That’s not marginal gains but rather free speed cheat codes!
