Over 100,000 cyclists are now benefiting from it. IT'S MY BIKE is innovative theft protection, accident assistant and digital service world all in one. GPS tracking is used to determine the location of the stolen bike, the owner reports the crime directly in the app and can provide helpful information about the theft. Immediately after the theft is reported, the IT'S MY BIKE Bike Hunter team gets involved, assisting with the reporting and recovery of the e-bike in close coordination and cooperation with the police. This enabled us to recover 3 out of 4 bikes.

In addition to riding statistics and discounted insurance packages, the associated app also offers users a digital accident assistant that is even Dekra-approved. Algorithms detect a fall and private emergency contacts stored in the app are informed via text message and given a location.

Our latest innovation offers users even more safety: as with cars, the app automatically reminds e-bike owners of recommended or necessary service appointments. This way, the likelihood of unintentional and unplanned bike breakdowns is reduced. In addition to reminders, the app offers built-in dealer routing so that the nearest bike workshop can be visited. All maintenance and other unscheduled repairs as well as the associated invoices can be easily recorded in the app by picture or scan and are thus reliably documented. With this traceable service history, customers can provide evidence of good maintenance in a similar way to a car's checkbook and, ideally, achieve a higher price when reselling the e-bike.
