The innovative combination of a foldable and reusable packaging solution and efficient logistics software offers a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional status quo of single-use cartons. This solution eliminates packaging waste and reduces CO2 emissions by 73%.

This revolutionary packaging concept was recognized in 2024 as the industry solution for bicycle packaging and was awarded both the GOLD Eurobike Award and the GOLD German Design Award.

The box is made of lightweight, waterproof, shock- and tear-resistant monomaterial polypropylene. It is designed for 30 cycles and is eventually 100% recycled into new boxes. While our product was developed with a focus on e-bikes, our boxes are available in various sizes and can ship all types of bicycles.
