Varibiking is cycling with arms and legs. It is a full-body workout while cycling. It is also a so called Full Body Bike. It is a handbike, or handcycle and a bike in one.
Go with a Varibike on big tour. You can propel with your legs, with your arms, or with your arms and legs together. You can choose between different drive styles, e.g. paddling, rowing, both legs, just one leg... . This has many advantages: The variety is fun. You have more stamina - by changing the drive style, individual muscle groups can recover already during the ride. When riding, you train the whole body. The arm contribution gives additional power, especially on hills. It is also the solution for hip or knee arthrosis, because when using your arms you can go easy or rest one or both legs.
